    Location very close to many great attractions in Kuala Lumpur such as the Petronas Twin Towers, and various malls and restaurants. For shots visit Tujo, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

    The ground floor lobby is annoyingly spacious with very few seating options!!! Electric sockets are poorly positioned, and the USB ports feel outdated!!! Maybe consider proper locks for the bathroom too!!!

    I loved how close this place is to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park, made my city strolls super enjoyable as I explored the vibrant surroundings and lush greenery. Plus, the breakfast at Thirty8 on the 38th floor had an amazing variety of delicious foods, made my mornings there special.

    The stay was fantastic, especially for its great location just a short walk from major attractions and shopping areas. The breakfast was a highlight with an extensive selection that catered to all tastes.     The location of the Grand Hyatt is spot on, just a short walk to the Petronas Towers and Pavilion Mall. My room, a King Room with Garden View, was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and had a fantastic view of the KLCC park. The bed linens were super comfy, and the housekeeping was thorough. I loved the breakfast at Thirty8, with an excellent variety of dishes, from fresh pastries to smoked salmon. The staff were always friendly, especially during breakfast. The parking situation was frustrating. The entrance was often congested, and getting to my room with heavy luggage involved navigating steps from the basement parking. The mattress felt a bit too firm for my liking. The complimentary toiletries were basic, lacking items like razors or combs. Despite a few hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant, and I would consider returning.
